Embster is a spin off from our well-known embroidery digitizing company- Digitizing Factory. Main purpose of Embster is to enable customers to download various stock designs for use. Embster sketches are originally created by different freelance artists around the world so designs are very unique and in trend with fashion. Added to this, our digitizers have at least 3 years experience in embroidery digitizing so digitized designs are embroidery friendly with minimal downtime during production.

| HOW DO I KNOW IF THE TRANSACTION IS SECURED? |
In order to be accurate, we're going to get a bit detailed here. When buying something on the Internet, there are three things to be sure of: Data you send is strongly encrypted. The site you're doing business with is the site you think it is. The site you're doing business with processes your credit card and address information in a safe and responsible manner. Points 1 and 2 are taken care of by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the industry standard security protocol that the site uses to communicate with secure browsers like Netscape and Internet Explorer. When communicating with a secure server like ours, these browsers encrypt the information you send in a way that is extremely difficult for anyone else to decode. Most of the activity on our site involves the viewing of designs we've prepared and made accessible to everyone, so there's no need for these pages to be "secure". With a design page or an explanation page, for example, no security risk exists because there is no sensitive information being exchanged. The portions of this site that we've made secure are, not surprisingly, the checkout process and Your Account. These are where you actually purchase the items you've put into your Shopping Cart and store personal information. The entire checkout process, from introduction to final confirmation, takes place in a secure environment.

| WHAT ARE THE FILES YOU WILL BE PROVIDING ME AFTER I HAVE PURCHASED AND DOWNLOADED YOUR DESIGNS? |
When you download your order from Embster, you are downloading a ZIP file. This is like a compress folder, it holds and protects your files while being transferred from one place to another. You must unzip this zip file and then remove the contents to a new directory. There will be three files residing in this compress folder. They are .dst or Tajima file, .mls / .ngs or Wings outline file and runsheet in jpeg format.

Coast EDV is a free embroidery software application supplied by Wings Systems Company. This software has the ability to load our MLS/NGS outline file. You will be able to resize and view the colors of the design. Pulse Ambassador is also free software provided by Pulse Microsystem. This software has the ability to convert the embroidery file into various home embroidery formats such as .pes, .pec, .jef, .sew, .hus, .pcs etc.

| HOW DO YOU CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD? |
Once you have completed with the shopping of our designs and all your desired designs are in your shopping cart, you can click check out. Once you check out, you will be taken to our bank gateway system. We use KBANK e-Commerce Service as our payment gateway. All the transaction at the moment is secured. Bank will approve credit request online via the real-time authorization, with reliable security system for the Bank’s financial data under SSL 128 and Triple DES systems.

Yes, you can download a few designs from our homepage. But first you will need to register with us. Once you have registered, you will be provided with password to download our designs.

The color numbers that you see are actually Pantone colors.

| HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PANTONE NUMBER RELATES TO WHICH COLOR NUMBER IN THE THREAD CHART OF MADEIRA, ROBISON-ANTON OR ACKERMAN ETC.? |
One of the ways is to call the representatives of the thread supplier company and inform them the Pantone color number. They will provide you with a list of thread colors that have the closest match. Or you can visit each thread supplier web site and use the pantone color number that we have provided as a cross reference to find the thread match online.
